This is the "H" International Signal Flag...It is flown when a ship's Captain has engaged the services of a local pilot, it signals "pilot onboard." You have engaged The Careerpilot's services by direct contact, an initial meeting which resulted in a proposal of services, or as a result of your participation in a public seminar.
