Ongoing Coaching
Packages
Your initial engagement involved career transition consultation, highly personalized Personal Market Plan development, or simple job search coaching. Normally your initial engagement covers a four-six week time period, as you began to implement your Personal Marketing Plan. Now it's time to consider longer term packages. You have many options when engaging the services of the Careerpilot for your ongoing coaching needs... You may elect to transition to coaching-on-demand: Following an initial, negotiated retainer, current rate for coaching access is $125 per hour. Coaching episodes would be billable with a minimum 20 minute increment. -OR-
You may elect to transition to a negotiated package of ongoing coaching access: Current rate would be discounted and be billable on a monthly basis, preceded each month by payment of an agreed upon retainer. All such monthly packages would include a weekly "dashboard" analysis of your Personal Market Plan implementation and The Careerpilot's regular e-newsletter, "The Pilot's Point." -OR- All current and former Careerpilot Candidates are eligible to attend any scheduled public seminars at a discounted rate. This is a cost effective option for those that may want to increase their knowledge and skills from time to time for the duration of their careers.
You would always be able to renew your process knowledge by re-reading Careerpilot website offerings at your leisure. Further, you will always be eligible to re-engage The Careerpilot at discounted rates.
